In a patient with open physis, if epiphysis is not involved and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the restaging studies ( T2 weighted MRI), bone edema of the epiphysis has disappeared. Transepiphyseal osteotomy and intercalary allograft were performed to preserve the native joint.
